- [Narrator] Now that you have your microphone calibrated, it's time to make your first screencast recording. Now let's make a short movie to show the other members of our team a couple of new features on our website. Now since this will be what I like to call a quick and dirty recording, you won't need a formal script, but it's still a good idea to practice what you want to show before you make your recording. So open up the app that you're going to record. In my case, I'm going to record in my web browser and I'll go to my site which is located at ExploreCalifornia.org. Then make a quick check that everything is set up properly. Now I want to check that the web team has the two new features ready that we want to get feedback for. The first feature is up here under the tour section under Tour Finder. What we're looking for are these tour packages. It looks like they're set up and ready to go. Now the other feature is the New Explorers Blog that's supposed to be coming online sometime…
