Configuring media cards

- An increasing number of cameras, including the 5D Mark IV, include two card slots for your digital media cards which gives you a little bit of flexibility in terms of how you're recording your still photos and video clips. In the case of the 5D Mark IV, that means we can have a compact flash card as well as an SD card installed in the camera at the same time, and then we can set menu options for how we want to actually record our images to those cards. So we'll go ahead and insert those cards into the camera once again here, and close the door, and then we can access the menu to take a look at the options for how we actually store the photos and videos on the card. You'll see under the Record function that we have a Standard option, we also have an Auto switch card option, and then we can Record separately or to multiple cards.
