Applying effects to a group of objects

- [Instructor] If you wish to apply effects to a bunch of objects on a slide and want them to be animated as a single entity, you can group those objects and then apply effect to the entire group. Let's take a look at the workflow. Here's a slide with some stars on it, and I want these stars to spin a few times in a circle, and then rotate three times. Now, let's select one of the stars and see if we can apply that animation. I'll go and select the star, go to the Properties Inspector, go to the Timing Inspector, and then I'll go and select the Emphasis category. I would select Rotate Times, set the rotation three times, and then I'll go ahead and add one more animation, which is the spin animation, which I can find in the Emphasis category. I'll go to the next page and click Spin. Now both these animations are added. Let's go to the timeline and adjust the timing. I'll go and select the star, and here you can see both those animations added. We want the spin to happen for about three…
