Editing all text captions with Word

- Captivate has a feature that lets you export all the text captions in a project out to Microsoft Word. Then anyone with Word can open the exported document and make editorial changes. You can then import those changes back into Captivate in one fell swoop. This process is delightfully easy. So let's try it out. The thing is, for this to work on Windows 7 or newer, you have to open Captivate in administrator mode. To do this, I'll right-click the Captivate Program icon and choose Run as administrator. There are a few other tasks in Captivate, like working with Adobe Captivate Reviewer, that don't work properly if you're not in administrator mode. So, opening in administrator mode can be one method to try if you're running into issues with certain workflows. Now I'll open the file called, kinetEcoProducts from the exercise files for this unit.
