Editing project captions and closed captions

- [Instructor] Making script changes in a project can be a lengthy process. Here's a technique that allows you to edit text captions and closed captions for your whole project at once in situ. The workflow is to export the existing text out, edit it, and then import it back in. Open the File menu. Choose Export, Project Captions and Closed Captions. Captivate is going to create a Word document. Navigate to where you'd like the file to be saved. Give it a name and click Save. When Captivate asks if you'd like to view the document, click Yes. The existing text captions exists in the left-hand column marked Original Text Caption Data. In the right-hand column marked Updated Text Caption Data, make any changes necessary to the captions.
