Publishing for offline review

- [Instructor] Did you know you can export Captivate projects out to Word? It can come in handy if you need offline stakeholder review of a project, an ad hoc transcript, or in other scenarios. Click the file menu, then choose print. Set the name you want the exported file to have, the location you want to save, and specify what slides you want to include. From the type drop-down, I like handouts the best. You can choose if you want to include things like caption text, slide notes, the mouse path, whether you want to include some blank lines for writing notes, and more. I'll make sure all of the options are selected, then click publish. After completing the export, a message appears saying publish completed successfully. Do you wish to view the output? Click yes.
