Spelling, search, and replace

- [Instructor] Did you know Captivate has a spell checker and a search and replace function? For spell checker, go to the project menu, then check spelling. The interface of the spell checker is very similar to those in word processing programs. Click the options button to specify settings like ignore domain names. Our first misspelling occurs in the slide notes. The second is in a smart shape. The third is in a text caption, and the fourth, in a button. Keep in mind, spell check does not check accessibility text. For find and replace, go to the edit menu, then find and replace. Open the search in drop-down, to specify if there are only certain types of objects you want to search, or all object types. There are other options you can specify, such as if you want to look in quiz slides or hidden slides.
