- Want to take a little closer look at structuring the user group area. So let's talk about this first, okay. Groups, which has a folder icon, all right folders are down here. I'm actually going to do a movie where I talk death the difference between these two things but this is actually a group. Now I use groups for broad level stuff like travel, landscape, urban you know, those big categories because you want to be able to collapse your collection into just five or six items. You don't want it to span this whole thing here unless it's absolutely necessary. So groups really help us with that. They are the file folders that we put our albums in in all honesty. So the next level below that is a project. Now a project is very handy because exactly that and it has the icon of a project box or a shoe box, that kind of thing. And that's very much what it is.
