How to work with the exercise files

- [Instructor] For those of you who have access to the exercise files, you can work with this very same catalog that I'm working with right here. Now, one thing I need to mention to you is that the state of the catalog changes over the course of the training. So, in the very beginning, for example, this image here will not be black and white because we do that later on. However, you can always see the original state by just clicking on the Before and After button right here, and you could see where we started and then you click on it again and we go back to where we ended up. If you want to revert this image, in other words, get rid of all the adjustments I made and follow along, you can use the Reset button to do that. You'll also notice some changes over here in the Library tab as we go along. Again, I do some additions. I have it populated somewhat in the beginning, but I add more to it as we work on those movies, so you'll see some changes here as well. Now, the other thing to keep in mind is that you will need Capture One Pro 21 in order to work with this catalog. Alrighty, so older versions will not be able to open it and of course it wouldn't do any good anyway, because a lot of the tools in the older versions won't that we talk about in this training. So make sure that you have the most current version of Capture One Pro 21 before you try to open the catalog, and you can open it just by double clicking on the catalog container that you receive. So this is really helpful, I think. I hope you enjoy working with these images and if you don't have access to the exercise files or if you don't want to use these, then open up your own Capture One Pro 21 catalog and work along on your own images. That's a lot of fun too.
