- [Instructor] Let's take a look at blacklisting URLs using Cisco WSA. In some cases, we may have specific URLs that we want to either allow or disallow permanently for users. We can add custom URLs to allow or block lists in our WSA access policies to make sure that these URLs get proper treatment. Either delivering the URL without filtering or blocking the URL depending on our needs. The first step is to add a URL into a custom URL category. So here again, from the main dashboard, we can choose the Web Security Manager that we see at the top we can choose that tab and near the bottom, we have an option for Custom and External URL Categories. When we click that, you'll see that by default we have no categories set up at the moment. So we want to click the Add Category button to add one here and in the following window, we want to start by just giving this category a name. I'm just going to call this one BLACKLIST just…
