- [Instructor] One important step of the chroma key process is making sure your foreground matches your new background. For example, here I've placed unicyclist over this footage of the building. What can we do to better integrate the two? I'll zoom in. Well, one thing that's missing is light wrap. In nature, you get light wrap when life in the background strikes the edge of the foreground. Luckily, we have an effect for that. The layer selected. I'll go back to key and blend. Light wrap. It needs to know what layer to use for the wrap so I'll set the background menu to "building." Here's with. And without. And here's it back on. The effect adds a nice, soft, brighter edge that's the same color as the background and this helps tie it in better. What else can we do?
