- [Instructor] Despite the title of this movie indicating we're going to dive right in and look at the MixConsole, I'm going to look at how we set up VST effects in the project window first of all. I'm doing this so that you can compare how this works when contrasted with the MixConsole of which we'll look at later in this tutorial. So as a quick reminder, with our narration track again, if I want to add an insert effect, we open up the inserts panel first of all and then choose the particular effect that we want to use. For this quick example, I will open up this Bob Perry audio main folder. And then within the dynamics of the category, I'll insert the effect Ducker Pro 2 Beta. Though I've not used it in a long time and I'm not even sure it's still working. I think it's an old Beta version and might have timed out by now.
