- [Instructor] Right, let's continue from where we got up to looking at an existing audio event that we wanted to play back with a gradual fade-in or fade-out. Now, I'm going to take this a stage further by introducing you to how we merge the end of one event with the start of another, or even copied event. As I said in the previous movie, this could be accomplished easily enough by placing the events to be merged on different tracks, and then positioning them accordingly so as one event fades out, a second event fades in. That will work well enough, but I'll here show you where, if not quick a method, at least a more efficient and tidier method that only requires one track. Well, I'll say I'll show you here, I'll probably get to that in the following movie. First of all, I just want to show you an issue that we might come across.
