- [Instructor] Once we have Cubase running a project, it has a user interface that can seem complex initially. However, it can be broken down to distinct areas, where specific functionality occurs. These main areas are known as zones. I'll talk more about these specific zones in the following tutorials. Here, I'm going to give more of an overview of what the different areas give us access to. To help explain the Cubase user interface, I've got a previously-created project running. It's this one called We've Got The Love, as indicated up here. It contains a number of different audio tracks, and a number of different midi-tracks, as well as group and effects tracks. Prior to going into detail about the different areas, it's probably a good idea to start playback with this project so that you get a real-world introduction to where things are.
