- [Instructor] Heya, I'm going to go through the process of loading a VSTi, loading a patch, editing manually drawn in notes and using different tools to do this prior to considering the various MIDI recording modes available to us in the following movie. So let me first start by looking at the right zone where we see piano tech and EZdrummer are both presently loaded and running. Though at the moment, not activated. I've deactivated them for this movie simply to save some CPU power. They both run with their own module footprint height that contains many editable parameters. This is useful so we can access those parameters quickly. However, if you don't wish to take up so much screen real estate with the panels at full height, notice they each have small arrow buttons facing up that once clicked, collapse the individual panels to a much smaller footprint.
