- [Instructor] When I include a MIDI event on any project timeline, on the whole I tend to leave the notes as they are. There will be the occasional note that needs tidying up in terms of velocity or length or start position. It's only very occasionally will I want to simultaneously adapt the whole event and associated MIDI notes by limiting the velocity range between 64 and 110 for example. Or ensure all notes in the event randomly play in a different order. Or even arpeggiate a MIDI chord track. But if you are the type of person that likes to experiment with the MIDI events in your projects, then Cue Base has a range of MIDI modifier and effect functions available for you to explore and use. So in this movie I'll briefly indicate where those functions are found.
