- [Instructor] As said in the previous movie, I'm going to look at the VST Plug-in Manager during this tutorial. In fact, I'll start looking at the Plug-in Manager in this tutorial and conclude in the following movie. First though, I'll further go through how plug-ins are presented to us for use and how we can change this, and how we can search for particular effects that we wish to use. I'm going over this again simply so you can see later how the VST Plug-in Manager stipulates what we see when using inserts and sound effects. With the Inserts panel, remember we only need to click here to access the available effects and they get presented in my case here, in alphabetical vendor order and from inside each of these vendor categories, we get sub-categories that are listed by effect type.
