- This next lens was highly recommended to me. I've been wanting to try this one for a long time. - Yep. - I borrowed it from our friends at Lens Rentals. I was looking for a true wide angle lens for a micro four-thirds. So Lumix is the same thing, that's basically the brand of lenses for Panasonic cameras. - Yeah, and you made a really interesting point there, Rich, is that wide angle on a cropped image sensor, especially a heavily cropped image sensor like a micro four-thirds system is a pretty tall order. You go out and you get, oh I got a 14 mil lens, or I got a 16 mil lens thinking that it's extremely wide-angle. Well guess what, it's not. - Nope. - 'Cause you have to multiply it by the crop factor, and for most you know micro four-thirds cameras that's about two. So a 14 mil lens all of a sudden becomes 28. Well, if you take a seven side of this and multiply it by two, that's 14. That's pretty wide still. - Yeah. - So a seven to 14 and especially because it's a zoomable range is…
