- Hi, my name is Rich Harrington for DSLR Video Skills, and I'm joined here today by DP Kevin Bradley who's been a guest on some of our past shows. Kevin, good to see you again. - Good to see you, Rich. - We're getting ready to shoot a product shot and what is this here? We've just got all this gear laying around. - Well, this is what's called a mini cyc. And a mini cyc is basically a cyc. What is a cyc, a cyc is basically a studio. It's a curved wall building, room. - Yeah. - This is creating a miniature version of a studio. - So my studio here has got black backdrop up and we wanted white infinite for sort of an infinite background for product shots. This particular brand is called a cloud chamber, and all we need to do is quickly set it up. There's really nothing to it. It's a sheet of plastic, matte surface on one side, shiny on the other; we got a couple of light stands. We're just going to pop those up with a backdrop bar, right? - Yup, absolutely. - Alright, well let's go ahead…
