Robbie: So earlier Rich, we talked about how when we go into Video mode on most DSLRs, we can lose the ability to actually view the image through the optical viewfinder. Richard: Yeah. Robbie: Instead, we are viewing the image on the camera's LCD on the back of the camera. Richard: Yeah, like you are seeing here, the LCD panels lit up on this camera. When we went into Live View mode, it's giving you a preview image, and this really grew out of consumer cameras where they didn't have that. If you look at a lot of point-and-shoots, they don't have optical viewfinders. They just have an LCD panel. Robbie: Yeah, they don't have mirrors either, so they don't have the problem. Richard: Correct. Robbie: Right. So I find you know when we are viewing in Live View on the back of these cameras, there is one big problem.
