- So now I've got this sketch book back to the studio, I can start to have a look through them and have a look at how to work up the drawing to a more finished painting. So I really like the way that this went over both pages, and have this nice panorama onto it. So I've taken a couple of shots that I also did at the time, on my camera, just to have a look at those. So here I've got the wide view, this first part of the drawing, and you'll notice on it how I've got a lot thinner composition within the page, and I really like that because I think when i see this on its own, it feels like its got a bit too much sky to it. And also when I was there I took another shot, which was a little bit further around, which had this one little island on its own which I really like. So I wanted to try and include that within the whole composition. So what I went and done is on the computer I've just combined the two together, so that I've got a nice long panorama that I can work with. So there's my…
