Add adjustments to layers

- [Instructor] Let's see how to apply adjustments to layers in Affinity Publisher. In our file, let's say we wanted to make a big change to the colors in this top photo, going from red and orange leaves to yellow. This is just one of many adjustments you can apply to layers. To apply an adjustment, you can go to the Layer menu, and choose New Adjustment, and select one of the options here, or go to the bottom of the Layers panel and click the light and dark circular icon, and then choose the adjustment you want. To shift the color of my leaves, I'll pick HSL. And in the dialog, I can target all the colors in the layer or specific ranges of colors, like reds, yellows, greens, and so on, or use the picker to click in the image to target the colors I want to change. Since my leaves are reddish orange, I'll pick the reds. And I'll drag the Hue Shift slider to the left to about negative 40. Notice I could also change the…
