Adding text to the front cover

- [Teacher] Progressing with our cover, the next thing that we want to do is add the type. This is what the finished version looks like, and here's where we're at. I have the type on the paste board. I'm going to double click to insert my cursor into that text frame. Command A to select it, command X to cut it. Then I'm going to move over and paste it into this central white frame. Before I can do that I will need to come to my layers panel where in my previous movie I locked the color panels layer. I need to unlock that and I'll now go ahead and lock layer one so that we can't interfere with that. I'll press W to turn off my guides. Switch to my type tool, and we see that I have a rounded dotted line around my type cursor indicating that when I click I'm going to be inserting type into that frame. I'll paste it, command or control V. I'll select it all, and I want to do as much to it as I can while its all one block. So all similar formats that it shares. I'll press command six to…
