Archiving the project

- [Instructor] Okay, the job is finished, it's sent to the printer. We just need to take a few moments to package or archive the project and this is going to be useful if we ever need to return to it. We can gather up all of the assets into a single, tidy folder. From the file menu, choose package. When you choose package, it will run a preflight on your document. We're not really concerned with this, because we did our own preflight using the more modern Preflight panel. I'm going to go directly to package, where most importantly I want to make sure that I am copying the linked graphics. I do not want to choose copy fonts, because for this project I have just used Adobe fonts which are activated and cannot be packaged. I'll give the folder a name, navigate to wherever it is on my hard drive, I want to save the project, and I have a couple of interesting options down here worth consideration, include IDML.
