- In this era of emails and text messages, people can't help but take note of and appreciate when a competent visual artist is also a capable and concise writer. I know I'm impressed whenever I see that. Now, does this mean we all need to go back to grammar school to learn how to properly structure our sentences? Well yeah, that's one idea, but there are other ways to sharpen our writing skills. In fact, here are 12 writing related creative cross-training approved ideas that you can do on your own time, in your own way, projects that will allow you to learn by doing and by experiencing, which for a lot of us is a really good way to learn. So here we go.
