- So procrastination, we all do it. And sometimes we do it to avoid engaging with something that really we'd like to do but we have some fear around. And in terms of working creatively, this can happen quite a bit. It happens to me in the studio sometimes as well. And so when I find myself procrastinating, I ask myself why? Why are you procrastinating doing something you actually love to do? And so what I've done is I've created some rituals around it, some rituals that help me free myself from that tendency to avoid, that tendency to procrastinate and really help me engage with my practice. So one of these things recently last October that I did is I created this 31 day project for the month of October and what it was was I decided that I was going to make a collage a day for 31 days in this book, and I was just going to use torn paper.
