- Green Acres, a local nursery, a good one, comes to my house and there's a lot about it I like. One is that it's a tabloid, which is a format I love. Bigger than a magazine, smaller than a newspaper, so you get the big stage, but it's still easy to handle. Two, it's on barely coated paper, just a cut above newsprint, so it has kind of an earthy, unfinished quality to it. And no pretense. It's useful, but, obviously, disposable, compostable, which fits the product. The printing is less vibrant than it would be on a more coated paper, but it works. That's part of the soil. We'll look at three spreads. I like this one a lot. It's almost entirely silhouettes. There are a few rectangles for contrast and a lot of very light background rectangles against which are all these organic shapes. Here are those photo techniques. We have pure knockouts.
