- [Instructor] In this movie, we'll see how to navigate through documents in Affinity Publisher. First, I'll make sure that I'm using the default user interface by going to the View menu, and choosing Studio, Reset Studio. Now let's talk about panning and zooming. There are two tools for these functions. The view tool is for panning and it looks like a little hand. When you have it, you can just click and drag in the document to pan around. If you want to center a page in the view, double-click it in the pages panel. Also, notice when I have this tool, I get a menu in the Context toolbar that lets me easily change the units of measure for a document. And we have a zoom tool for changing the zoom level of the view. By default, a feature called Scrubby Zoom is turned on, and with Scrubby Zoom, you just put your cursor over the part of the page you want to magnify, and click and drag to the right, and it zooms in.
