Paying attention to small details
- [Instructor] Thus far we've been concentrating on the macro typography. We've been creating paragraph styles and applying them where appropriate, to give structure to our text. But now we need to turn out attention to some of the smaller details and here are some examples of the kind of thing that I'm talking about. I'm going to zoom in to the bottom of page 46 and we see that we have a date. So this brings up the issue of our numeral style. I would prefer to use proportional old style numerals here, just 'cause I think that's more in keeping with the tone of the text and they are going to integrate better into the upper and lower case. This is something that I can embed into the paragraph style itself and since all of the other paragraph styles are based on body, I can just edit the body style and they too will be affected.
