Preflighting the finished book

- [Narrator] Before I make the pdf to sent to the printer I want to run a preflight on my document just to check and make sure there are no errors. So down here in my preflight area it says no errors and of course that's what we want to see but this is lulling us into something of a false sense of security, because if we open a preflight panel, apparently the profile that's being used the default basic working profile is not really checking very much, it is checking for overset text and it's checking for missing links and nothing else really. We've done our upmost to make sure that we avoid errors. But now let's be a little bit more strict. So I'm going to come and define a profile specific for this project. I will call it book and then we just run through this list and we check all the items that are relevant to us. Now relevant here and not currently checked is image resolution. I want to be notified if any of my placed images come in below my chosen minimum resolution. Now 250 is…
