- Challenges in this industry are inevitable. Think about the fact that we have unrelenting deadlines, matters of opinion, economic and corporate pressures to perform and constant change. It all makes for our constant series of bumps in the road but if we go into each project knowing that reality, we're already much more prepared to shift and go with the flow with plan B than if we deny that any of those things exist. This stance of preparation and commitment to the process is going to serve you well as long as you're in this business.
