Publish your file online
- When you're ready to share your work with the world, you can publish your file online directly from Adobe InDesign. Click on the share icon located on the top right of your screen, and select publish online. The publisher document online window will come up. From here, give your file a name and a description if you wish, simply by typing inside each field. You can publish all pages or just a selection. If you want to enable viewers to download the document as a PDF, select the respective box then click on advanced tab. You can choose your document cover or upload another image and use it as your document cover. When done, click on publish. The publish online option panel will come up. From here, you can share your link directly to your social media or copy the link to embed it to your website or maybe to an email.
