- It's way too easy to talk about refining and create confusion. I mean refining can mean many things to many people. Are we refining oil? Refining our look? Within design thinking, refining means revisiting and reassessing your ideas. Now let's be honest, this is easier said than done. In fact, this crucial step in design thinking can be one of the most difficult, why?
