- While visual communication has existed in one form or another since the earliest known cave painting in 41,900 BCE, advances in technology combined with the rise of globalism have made visual communication a necessity just to go about our daily lives. And if you truly want to harness the power of visual communication, it's imperative that you first understand the role our current environment plays in the growing demand for visual content. To best exemplify this, let's start with a short history lesson.
