- You can also share your libraries publicly If you want to. Now, how public is entirely up to you. If you have, for example, a remote Salesforce spread out across several geographical areas, or you want to share with fans of something you're doing, anything like that then you can just make the link available to them. If it's a set of assets that you think might be useful for people who are promoting your product or service then maybe you'd put a link to that library on your website. But however you determine you're going to do it the journey starts with getting a link. Now I'm doing this from the Creative Cloud desktop app. However, you can also do it from inside of the desktop applications. Just here, in my own library's view I'm going to click this ellipsis and choose the get link option. This will then generate me a link. And if I want to I can use a link shortner to wrap that up as well. So I can copy the link and then…
