Using baseline grids

- [Instructor] In this movie, we'll see how baseline grids work in Affinity Publisher. Baseline grids allow you to have text aligned precisely at regular intervals across columns and pages, and that kind of precision is essential for creating professional-looking layouts. In Affinity Publisher, you can have one baseline grid for the overall document, and then different baseline grids for individual text frames. So you can have your body text and headings aligned to the document-level baseline grid, and special text that might be a lot larger or smaller than body text, things like figure captions or whole quotes aligned to their own grid. The controls for working with the document baseline grid are found in the Context Toolbar.
