The business of empathy
- Hi, my name is Bonnie Siegler, and this course is about empathy and design, which basically translates to being a good human while being a good designer, and a good friend, and a good boss, and a good employee. Having empathy for others will improve all of your relationships, both in work and life. And yet empathy is something we rarely talk about. We just assume we have empathy. Well we don't, or if we do, it's not enough. Empathy is a journey, and it just takes a little focused attention. This course will introduce you to a few different ways of thinking about empathy, and then you'll see opportunities to practice it everywhere.
