Very satisfied with the content that was covered and will help me in preparing, failing and getting better as I career pivot. Provided great suggestion that have helped me to understand recruitment and good and bad. I've had some tough interactions the past months and ghosted no reply from many opportunities I was a great match. Communication is definitely a two-way street and both parties need to respectful. For me I'd like a response even if it is a NO and suggestions for other opportunities that I might be a good match for.
