- [Instructor] Dimension offers two types of lights, directional lights and environment lights. We can filter to see just the lights if we click on this sun icon here. We see at the top directional lights and underneath that we see the environment lights. Let's start with the environment lights because by default, every scene includes an environment light. At the top of the Scene panel, we see Environment and if we click on Environment inside of there we see Environment Light. And then I'll select Environment Light so that we can see the properties for the environment light. This scene was created with a default environment light. We can get a bigger preview of that by clicking on this image here. Environment lights are panoramic images that spherically wrap around a 3D scene.
