(calming piano music) - So, what can work really well when you're out sketching is to look for somewhere where people gather. For example, this fountain is a really good place because you're going to get people sitting on the edge of the fountain, sitting on the steps down below it, sitting around it. Then you've got something that's solid, as in the shape of the actual fountain that you can take your time to draw and to start with, and then you can be speedier when you're drawing figures within the actual subject that you're looking at. So, when you're drawing figures, a quick way to think about it is if you look at the main features to try and get a gesture to how the figures are sitting. For example, this couple here, first thing I'll do is look for their heads. So, we just do a mark for their heads and then look to see what their hands are up to. These hands are down here, crossed, the other hands are down there. And then, where their feet are, I've got one foot there and another…
