If you're comfortable with code, you don't really need any further guidance from me. And if you want to learn how CSS preprocessors have been integrated into Dreamweaver, check out chapter three of my course, Dreamweaver CC: New Features. Chapter one of the same course contains a more detailed overview of working in CodeView. So, check that out if you're a hand coder. And the last slide needs to be changed from Dreamweaver CC 2017: New Features, to just Dreamweaver CC: New Features. That's it.
