Create internal links
- Dreamweaver makes it easy to create internal links to other pages and files in the same site. That's the good news. The not so good news is that the available methods differ depending on whether you're working in Live view, Code view, or Design view. In this exercise, you'll learn which methods suit your current work mode. I've opened index.html in the Chapter 6 06_03 folder of the exercise files. Most of the links in the navigation menu up here need to be fixed. And if I scroll down to the bottom of the page, there's this incomplete sentence that needs a link adding at the end of it. If you're new to Dreamweaver, one of the first places you're likely to look for a tool to insert a link is the Insert panel. If we go to the Insert panel, make sure that HTML is selected in the top left. Indeed, there is Hyperlink. And if I go to the Insert menu, Hyperlink is also there.
