- [Instructor] Dreamweaver CC 2017 offers a choice of 16 starter templates. You can access them from the start screen by selecting starter templates in the menu at the top left. They're also available in the new document dialog box. Go to the file menu, and select new, or use the keyboard shortcut control N on windows, command N on a Mac, and then select starter templates in the column on the left. It doesn't matter which method you choose, they both offer exactly the same choice of templates. Now one thing I should point out at the beginning is that these are templates in the sense that they're sample layouts for you to add your own text and images too. They don't use Dreamweaver's templating engine, but what you do get are responsive layouts that have been tested in modern browsers and mobile devices that use solid html and css.
