Reuse code snippets
- [Instructor] When you work with code, you'll find yourself using the same little snippets of code over and over again. So Dreamweaver has provided a handy snippets panel for you to keep them in. In the Default Standard Workspace, the Snippets Panel is the third tab in the panel group at the bottom on the right. So if we just open that, we can see that Adobe has already provided a wide range of snippets for Bootstrap, CSS_Animation and Transitions, CSS_Effects, CSS_Snippets, and so on. Some of them are quite useful, others less so. One that is quite useful, is here in the HTML_Snippets folder, it's this one, Add a Favicon. That's that little icon that you can use to identify your site in the browser tab or title bar. To insert a snippet, first Position your Cursor in Code View where you want to insert the code. So I want my snippet to go immediately after the link to the style sheet, so I'm going to add a new line on line seven, and then go back to the Snippets panel. To Insert it…
