Use the Quick Tag Editor in Live View
- [Instructor] The quick tag editor does what it says it does. It's a quick way to edit an HTML tag while working in visual mode. In this video, I'll focus on its use in live view. The quick tag editor can be accessed either through the context menu or by using a keyboard shortcut and it works in subtly different ways depending on what's selected and which method you used to invoke it. So let's start with the context menu. I'm going to select this paragraph here in live view. You'll feel at home in our neighborhood. Right click and then select Quick Tag Editor from the context menu, and this opens a little editable window with the label edit tag. It's got the P gat in there. The opening P tag of the paragraph ready for me to edit it. Now let's say you want to apply an exclusive style to a paragraph with an inline style. Using inline styles isn't generally a good practice but it's a simple example of making a quick edit with the quick tag editor. So I just type in here, style, and then…
