- [Instructor] In the introduction to this chapter, I briefly previewed different form parameters. You can define these parameters with hand coding in Dreamweaver's Code View, or you can define many of them in the Properties panel. Over the course of this and the following videos I'll be popping back and forth between both Code View, and the Properties panel. There are good reasons to be aware of the advantages of both approaches. Using the Properties panel eliminates that need to memorize parameters and syntax. That's nice. And even for hard core coders, clicking a check box in the Properties panel can save time, and be more productive compared to hand coding. At the same time, working with basic HTML5 and CSS3 in Code View is part of the tool kit of contemporary web designers. It's essential to have full control of your design. So you will see me toggling back and forth between the Properties panel, the Menu, and Code View. And as I do that, I'll be pointing to how all this gets…
