- [Instructor] Let's take a look at how we can visualize differences in panels by some measurable characteristic like a dimension which we'll receive from Revit. We'll also use this information to organize panels into discrete groups and to visualize the information back in Revit. I'm starting in an exercise file where we have a wavy surface that's divided into a grid based on vertical divisions. That means as we change the waviness of the surface, individual panels should be come longer or shorter. And we should be able to see that difference. Let's start by placing adaptive components in Revit. I'll use adaptive component, five points and I'll use a family type that's a four point adaptive component, let's see what this looks like in Revit. The way I've designed this adaptive component is it has two parameters called length and width. And in the properties palette, they're grayed out.
