- [Instructor] In this video, we're going to look at how Revit rooms can be used to supply the information needed for the imports of the wall by curve and height node. Rooms have a parameter that can be captured as curves, a height associated level, and carry finish information. I will show how we can select a room to capture and reuse this information. Let's get started. From the manage tab, open Dynamo from the visual programming panel. Click on open and browse to the exercise files and open the begin parameters workspace. Make sure to check box open manual mode and click open. This workspace was used to select an edge of the Revit model and place a wall on the edge that you selected. We're going to delete the inputs and we're going to use Revit to select a room to create the inputs for the curve, the height, the level on the wall type.
