- [Instructor] Let's look at how to display information about panels in Dynamo and in Revit using color. I'm starting with an exercise file where we have a base surface. All we need to do is find panels quickly because we're not worried about paneling here. We're only worried about analysis. So we can use surface parametric division using the lunchbox nodes under panel. I'll use panel quad. We can take this surface and divide it into different numbers of U and V panels. I'll set a maximum of 20 because I don't want to wait for a long time when we make families in Revit, and remember when you update your slider minimums and maximums to move the slider value itself to something higher than one. You may find funny results if you don't. Okay, I'm going to mark those nodes as our panel points and surfaces. Next we'd like some information about these panels so we'll use the surface.area node.
