- [Matthew] Welcome back to SAP Ariba Supply Chain Collaboration. I'm your instructor, Matthew Hunt, and we finished up in the last video talking about the items to ship screen and how this is the recommended way to create ship notices. So now I'm going to jump into actually creating the ship notice. So assuming that you, you know, either flipped it from the PO screen or you went to the items to ship screen and you moved multiple items onto the ship notice, the next screen that you're going to see is this one. And I'm going to break this down, because there's a lot to this screen. So the first thing that I'm showing you is the shipment level, which is the highest level of the ASN. If you're familiar with the acronym SOIP, that is the hierarchy level of how SAP Ariba creates ship notices, S being the shipment level, O being the order level, I being the item level, P being the packaging level, okay?
